Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Brainrot mobile app and related services operated by EpowerX Labs Private Limited and its affiliates ("EpowerX", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Brainrot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Brainrot Does
Brainrot is a mobile app designed to help you track and reduce short-form scrolling in supported apps. Depending on the features you enable, Brainrot may provide a reels counter, Block Reels, battles, invites, notifications, reels count history backup, and related account features.
a. Supported Apps
As of this update, Brainrot supports Instagram and Instagram Lite, YouTube, Snapchat and Snapchat Lite, and Facebook and Facebook Lite. We may add support for more apps in future app updates, and any such addition will require a new app version.
b. No Guarantee of Detection or Blocking
Brainrot depends on Android system behavior, supported-app UI structures, device settings, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that every reel, short, or scroll event will be detected correctly, or that Block Reels will always work without interruption.

Eligibility and Your Account
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Brainrot only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
a. Guest Use
You can use Brainrot without creating an account.
b. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, you are responsible for using an account you are authorized to use and for keeping your device and account secure.
c. Account-Only Features
Some features require an account, including battles, connecting with friends, backing up your reels count history to our servers, and syncing battle and social data across devices.

Permissions and Device Features
Some Brainrot features rely on Android permissions and device settings, including accessibility, display over other apps, notifications, battery/background settings, and network access. If you do not grant these permissions or later revoke them, some parts of the Service may not work.
a. Accessibility
If you enable accessibility, you agree that Brainrot may use it to detect supported short-form feeds, count reels, and run Block Reels in supported apps, as described in our Privacy Policy.
b. Overlay and Notifications
If you enable overlay or notifications, you agree that Brainrot may show counters, milestone animations, battle updates, and service messages on your device.

Battles, Invites, and Social Features
Brainrot includes social features such as invite links, friend connections, and battles.
a. Invite Links
You are responsible for who you share your invite link with. Anyone who opens your invite link is automatically connected with you as a friend in the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.
b. Shared Stats
If you use battles or friend features, your connected friends may be able to see your display name, profile photo, and shared battle or reels-related stats made available through those features.
c. Fair Use
You may not use battles, invites, or friend features to harass, impersonate, spam, mislead, or harm other users.

Subscriptions and Payments
Brainrot offers paid features through Google Play subscriptions. Google Play handles billing and payment processing, and RevenueCat helps us manage entitlements, renewals, cancellations, and purchase restoration.
a. Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown to you in Google Play.
b. Cancellation and Refunds
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Refunds, if any, are governed by Google Play's policies and applicable law unless we state otherwise.
c. Purchase Restoration
If you are entitled to restore a purchase, Brainrot may attempt to restore access through Google Play and RevenueCat.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Brainrot for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where applicable law permits it.
- Use automation, scraping, bots, or similar methods to access the Service in unauthorized ways.
- Misrepresent your identity, abuse invite links, or manipulate battles, reels counts, or subscription flows.
- Use the Service in a way that violates the rights of EpowerX, other users, platform providers, or third parties.

Feedback and Support
If you send us feedback, suggestions, logs, screenshots, or support requests, you grant us permission to use that information to operate, troubleshoot, improve, and support Brainrot. This does not reduce any privacy rights you may have under applicable law.

Intellectual Property
Brainrot, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related content, is owned by or licensed to EpowerX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Services
Brainrot relies on third-party services such as Google Play, Google Sign-In, Firebase, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Google Ads and Meta campaign measurement services, and our own self-hosted analytics infrastructure built using open-source components such as Segment, Jitsu, and OpenPanel. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Brainrot at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or created risk for us, other users, or the Service.
a. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

Disclaimers
Brainrot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will always detect, count, sync, or block content perfectly. Brainrot is a behavior and productivity tool, not medical, mental health, or emergency advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, warranties, rights, or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws and that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpowerX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Brainrot.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Your use of Brainrot is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
